The operator of a knackery shall, in respect of a bovine carcase received at the establishment consigned from land or premises where bovines are kept for farming purposes, notify the Minister of the identity of the bovine carcase and the land or premises from which it came no later than seven working days after the receipt of the carcase at the knackery.
