Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Maritime Jurisdiction Act in its version of 26 July 2002 (BGBl. I p. 2876). The Ordinance applies to the federally owned protection and security harbours Borkum, Helgoland, Seezeichenhafen Wittdün, Kiel-Holtenau und Brunsbüttel. Article 2 establishes that for the use of the harbour a port fee as listed in the Annex shall be paid. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
