Abstract

This Decree applies to: natural and legal persons, as well as to entities without legal personality which are entitled to rights on surface waters or are subject to obligations or whom establishment or product or activity pollute or may cause the pollution of waters; to surface waters and to their burdening, endangering and pollution. This Decree contains general rules on application of standards and special rules regarding the determination of limit values in case of direct and indirect discharge of waste waters in surface waters. The Annexes to this Decree determine water quality protection areas and relative limit values and technological standards for certain industrial activities.
