Entry into force notes
The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 August 2013.
Abstract

This Decree shall be applied to commercial establishments, specified by EU regulations, where food of animal origin is marketed. Article 3 contains general food hygiene rules for food of animal origin. Further provisions of this Decree regulate certain categories of food of animal origin, such as fresh meat and meat products, live fish and fishery products, fresh milk and dairy products.
