Joint Decree 111/2003 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Ministry of Economy and Transport, the Ministry of Health, Social and Family Matters and the Ministry of Environment and Water are activities which shall be considered and not considered as gene technological activity as well as on authorities which are entitled to supervise the gene technological activity.

Abstract

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Law on gene technology activities, determines the classification of technological processes and activities to be considered as genetic modification (article 1). This text further specifies the competent authorities which are entitled to supervise the gene technological activities in animal, plant and food and feed production.
