The present Law enters into force on 1 July 1994.
Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the competent offices in charge of the enactment of the Federal Soil Act. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Competences (I); Supplementary cantonal legislation (II); Procedures ; penalties (III); Final provisions (IV).
