The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Power Supply Act of 23 March 2007. Article 1 establishes that the municipality shall provide for the supply of electricity if not adequately met by third parties. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Obligation to supply (I); Network areas and network operations (II); Contracts (III); Final provisions (IV).
