The present Law enters into force on 1 July 2010.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Power Supply Act of 23 March 2007 and the relating Ordinance. In particular, article 1 establishes that the competent Office is responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act, unless otherwise determined. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Network areas (2); Connection and use of networks (3); Penal and final provisions (4).
