Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991. Local authorities are entrusted with the protection of waters as far as this is not the competence of the federal state or the Canton. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Financial provisions (II); Transitional and final provisions (III).
