The forms set out in the Schedules to these Regulations are: form of application for a permit; form of export permit granted in accordance with the provisions of sections 4, 8 or 12 of the Act; form of import permit granted in accordance with the provisions of sections 5, 9 or 13 of the Act; form of a re-export permit granted under the provisions of sections 6 or 10 of the Act; and form of a certificate issued under the provisions of section 11(1) of the Act. Section 11 requires a certificate to be issued for introduction from the sea of Appendix II specimen, i.e. a species included in Appendix II to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
