Abstract: These Regulations set out forms and fees for permits for purposes of the International Trade (Fauna and Flora) Act. The forms set out in the Schedules to these Regulations are: form of application for a permit; form of export permit granted in accordance with the provisions of sections 4, 8 or 12 of the Act; form of import permit granted in accordance with the provisions of sections 5, 9 or 13 of the Act; form of a re-export permit granted under the provisions of sections 6 or 10 of the Act; and
