Abstract

These Regulations set out forms and fees for permits for purposes of the International Trade (Fauna and Flora) Act. The forms set out in the Schedules to these Regulations are: form of application for a permit; form of export permit granted in accordance with the provisions of sections 4, 8 or 12 of the Act; form of import permit granted in accordance with the provisions of sections 5, 9 or 13 of the Act; form of a re-export permit granted under the provisions of sections 6 or 10 of the Act; and
