The present Agreement enters into force on 22 May 1984.
Abstract

The present Agreement between the Canton Thurgau and the Canton St. Gallen lays down provisions relating to fishing in waters in the border area. Article 1 establishes that the present Agreement governs fishing, inspection and management of fisheries in border waters. The fishing exercise is subject to regulations of the Canton having sovereignty or jurisdiction over fishing waters. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Special provisions (II); Final provisions (III).
