Abstract The present Agreement between the Canton Thurgau and the Canton St. Gallen lays down provisions relating to fishing in waters in the border area. Article 1 establishes that the present Agreement governs fishing, inspection and management of fisheries in border waters. The fishing exercise is subject to regulations of the Canton having sovereignty or jurisdiction over fishing waters.
