Abstract

This Instruction sets the maximum level of pesticide residues in fresh and/or processed fruits, vegetables and seeds, as specified in the Annex of this text (92 cultures, 1103 pages). For the implementation of this Instruction are in charge: General Directorate of Policies and Food Security Programs, Agriculture and Rural Development, National Authority for Veterinary and Food Safety Institute.
