Abstract

This Act amends the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 1984 in section 1 (general power to prohibit sea fishing in specified areas), section 4 (offences), section 5 (powers of sea fishery officers. fishery officers), and section 2 (power to prohibit carriage of nets). In various provisions, the word "sea" shall be omitted or replaced by the word "area".
