Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Mines and Minerals Act (RSA 2000, c. M-17). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to innovative energy technologies in mining industries. The text consists of 15 sections as follows: 1 Interpretation (1); Authority for allocable costs (2); Approval for innovative technology projects (3); Intellectual property (4); Eligible costs (5); Connected persons (6); Application for and establishing of allocable costs (7); Allocable cost allocation (8); Records (9); Artificial transactions and non-compliance (10); Consequential amendments (11-14); Review (15).
