Abstract

This Act amends the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 so as to insert a new section (80A), which allows Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI) to bring and prosecute summary proceedings for an offence under the following Acts: (a) the Inland Fisheries Act; (b) the Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1962; (c) the Fisheries (Amendment) Act, 1994; (d) this Act.” In section 77 the Table indicating fines for offences is replaced with a new Table.
