These Regulations entered into force on 7 January 2013.
Abstract

These Regulations apply to installations producing titanium dioxide. They prohibit the disposal of solid waste and other specified liquid waste into any water body, sea or ocean. Further the Regulations specify the limits not to be exceeded by emissions from installations into water.
