Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Environment Protection Act of 29 May 2008 and the transposes the Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) into the national legislation. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the: a) operating licences for industrial installations and activities; b) registration of installations and activities; c) closure of authorized or registered installations.
