The Order appoints places of landing of equine animals and places restrictions on the importation of such animals. Animals may be tested on diseases and placed in isolation. Nothing in this Order shall prohibit the doing of anything under the authority of a licence granted by or on behalf of the Minister thereunder and in accordance with any conditions attaching thereto.
