Abstract These implementing rules and regulations shall apply to all public and private water supply system project planned by any government agency or instrumentality including government-owned or controlled corporations, private organisations, firms, individuals or other entities. The Regulation provides for prescribed standards and procedures for drinking water, water treatment, disinfection, improved dug well and drilled, driven and bored wells. Standard Construction and operating procedure include provision for ground water sources, spring and the committee in charge of monitoring. The Regulation provides for approval and permit for the water sites before construction, delivery of water to customers, plans and specification of water systems, water examination and requirement for sanitary permit.
