Abstract These implementing rules and regulations shall apply to all ports and airports operating within the territory of the Philippines and shall likewise apply to all vessels and aircraft entering said ports and airports. The Regulation provides for sanitary permit, sanitary requirements for personnel, sanitary requirements for ports and airports such as water supply, drinking water facilities, toilet facilities, sewage disposal and drainage and solid waste management. The Regulation further provides for evaluation and inspection of vessels, ports and airports and responsibility of local health authority and officer. In the final provision of the Regulation reference is made to penal provision. This Regulation consists of 24 Sections.
