The present Regulations enter into force on 15 July 2012
Abstract

The present Regulations implement the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the separation of waterbodies with a view to cadastral and aquatic plans. The text – consisting of 11 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: principles, competent authorities within building zones, appeal procedures, competent authorities outside building zones, competent and procedures concerning great lakes, exemptions.
