The present Ordinance has entered retrospectively into force on 15 June 2007.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Law implementing the Federal Act on agriculture of 26 January 2001. Article 1 establishes that the Agriculture and Environment Office is responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the provisions on the control of fire blight by taking appropriate measures. The text consists of 5 articles as follows: Competences (1); Contributions (2); Bearing of costs (3); Expenses of municipalities (4); Entry into force (5).
