Abstract The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Law implementing the Federal Act on agriculture of 26 January 2001. Article 1 establishes that the Agriculture and Environment Office is responsible for the correct and efficient enforcement of the provisions on the control of fire blight by taking appropriate measures.
