The present Regulations enter into force on 1 March 2008.
Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Cantonal Agriculture Law of 25 January 2008. Article 1 establishes that the Canton promotes financially innovative projects to increase the marketing of agricultural commodities. The text- consisting of 11 articles – deals with the following aspects: principles; agricultural commodities; requirements; contributions for innovations; costs; repeal and entry into force.
