The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Spatial Information Law of 1 July 2011. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Spatial Information Law. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Fees for the use of the spatial information system (2); Final provisions (3).
