The present Ordinance entered into force retroactively on 1 January 1995.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Federal Ordinance on official cadastral survey of 18 November 1992. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the renewal, marking, use and fees of the officially recognized land survey in the Canton Obwalden, The text consists of 45 articles divided into 13 chapters as follows: General provisions (I); Organization (II); Content of official land survey (III); Renewal (IV); Marking (V); Appeal procedures (VI); Conservation and maintenance (VII); Use of data of official land survey (VIII); Commercial use (IX); Tender (X); Costs (XI); Legal protection (XII); Final provisions (XIII).
