The present provisions have entered into force on 1 September 2002.
Abstract

The present Regulations implement the Law relating to the Agricultur Law of 26 January 2001 and the Nature Protection Ordinance of 30 March 1990. In particular, the provisions establish the amount of compensation payments and proceedings to be adopted. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Purpose and sphere of application (I); Cultivation regulations (II); Payment of contributions (III); Contributions for special services (IV); Contributions concerning quality (V); Proceedings (VI); Final provisions (VII).
