Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 February 2009.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 26 January 2005. Article 1 establishes that the purpose of the Ordinance is to ensure that efficient measures shall be implemented in case of excessive air pollution. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Measures in case of excessive air pollution (II); Final provision s (IIII).
