The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the limitation imposed on hunting activities. For the purpose of the present Regulation “bag limits” means the maximum number of a species or type of wildlife that a person may take or kill: a) in the case of big game and wild turkeys, in a licence year, and b) in the case of birds, other than wild turkeys, in one day.
