It lays down terms and conditions to be satisfied by hunters in order to perform such activity and specifies in the Annex maximum animal species to be hunted according to different hunting licence. Sanctions and penalties will be regulated by article 4 of Legislative Order No. 107/72. This Regulation is divided as follows: Hunting and hunters definition (Chap. I); Permitted hunting areas (Chap.
