Abstract

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to hunting activities in the province of Ontario. The text consists of 137 sections divided into 18 Parts as follows: Definitions and interpretation (I); Licences (II); Hunting in a party (III); General (IV); Small game (V); Wild turkey (VI); Frogs and snapping turtles (VII); Deer (VIII); Moose (IX); Bear (X); Hunting methods and firearm restrictions (XI); Hunting services (XII); Crown game preserves (XIII); Hunting in provincial parks and on designated crown land (XIV); Hunting on crown land in the geographic townships of Bruton and Clyde (XV); Special hunting areas (XVI); Protection of property (XVII); Miscellaneous (XVIII).
