Abstract The present Law lays down provisions relating to hunting, an activity whose régime pertains to the sovereign right of the Canton. In particular, it deals with the following aspects: regulation and control of hunting activities; conservation and increase of wild game; conservation of protected game and birds; hunting police; compensation for damage caused by wild animals.
