Abstract

The present Law implements the Hunting Law of 5 February 1979. The text consists of 77 articles divided into 15 Parts as follows: Restricted hunting activities on enclosed hunting grounds (I); Hunting cooperatives (II); Lease of common hunting grounds (III); Fostering communities (IV); Provisions concerning hunting tests (V); Granting of hunting licences (VI); Hunting dogs (VII); Shooting rules, shooting control (VIII); Use of hunting dogs (IX); Protected hunting areas (X); Hunting inspector tests (XI); Damage caused by game and hunting (XII); Private hunting grounds (XIII); Hunting committees (XIV); Penalties (XV); Final provisions (XVI).
