Abstract

The present Regulations are made under section 28 of the Wildlife Conservation Act. In particular, the Regulations establish that hunting guides and outfitters shall be licensed by the province and non-resident hunters must be accompanied by either a licensed resident hunter or a registered hunting guide while hunting in Prince Edward Island. The text consists of 13 sections.
