II No. 352/2005 expires. Abstract The Regulation provides for use of medicinal and therapeutic treatments for farm animals, aquaculture animals and livestock animal and relevant prohibitions and exceptions based on the EU regulations and relevant Acts. The text requires for application of the treatments by veterinarians, preparation of documents and recording. Furthermore, the text lays down provision for special provisions during the waiting period for the marketing of breeding animals and the retired breeding animals and the quarantine measures. The Ordinance has 4 Annexes and Annex 1 provides for the prohibited substances and relevant exceptions. The Ordinance consists of 9 Articles.
