Abstract

The present Regulations is made under the Environmental Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the safety of home heat tanks. The text – consisting of 22 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following issues: application for licences, procedure for issue of licences, payment of licence fees.
