The constitution and procedure of the Board shall be as set out in the Third Schedule added to the Principal Regulations. The Board shall be responsible, inter alia, for: (a) the efficient administration of the Reserve; (b) manage the financial affairs of the Reserve; (c) carry out any other functions as may be assigned by the Minister for the efficient functioning of the Reserve.
