Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Act concerning animal products not intended for human consumption of 25 January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82). Article 1 establishes that the Land Hessen is responsible for the disposal of non-edible animal products according to article 3 of the Federal Act. The office competent for health matters shall be authorized to transfer non-edible products to incineration plants or similar facilities. The text consists of 11 articles.
