I p. 1310). The obligation deriving from Directive 98/34/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations of 22 June 1998 have been taken into consideration. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to mining activities in Hessen.
