Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to forests in the Land Hessen. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Sustainable forest management(II); Forest conservation (III); Entering the forest, riding and driving (IV); Special provisions for public, corporate and community forest (V); Forest management associations and forest plant communities (VI); Promotion of corporate and private forest (VII); State Forestry Administration and State Forest Committee (VIII); Penalties (IX); Final provisions (X).
