The Law applies to fishing in still and running waters. The text consists of 55 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fishing rights (II); Exercise of fishing rights (III); Fishing permit (IV); Protection of fish stock (V); Fishing authorities and institutes (VI); Compensation (VII); Penalties (VIII); Transitional and final provisions (IX).
