No Herbal Medicine and related product shall be manufactured, imported, exported, distributed, advertised, sold or used in Nigeria unless it has been registered with NAFDAC in accordance with these Regulations (except manufacture and importation for clinical trial or any such process as may be approved by the Agency). No person to whom a certificate of registration has been issued under these Regulations shall lend, hire, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of the certificate of registration to any other person without the approval of the Agency.
