Abstract

The present Regulations enforce the Environmental Protection Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to safe storage of heating oil. The text consists of 25 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: New or altered systems (I); Existing systems (II); Registration and inspections of systems (III); Technical requirements (IV); Leakage and insurance (V); Licensure of inspectors (VI); General (VII).
