The materials that are subject to inspection include the site, premises, offices, raw materials, semi-finished products, cleaners and materials coming into contact with food. Control of food shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. The Regulations specify what may be examined and define functional powers of inspection by authorized officers.
