Abstract

This Act amends, amongst others, the Food and Drugs Act, the Pesticides Act, the Public Health Act and the Quarantine Act with respect to regulation-making and penalties for offences defined by the principal Acts. It also inserts a new article in each Act, which empowers the Minister to amend any monetary penalty specified in the principal Acts.
