Abstract

New text shall be added in Rule 2, after Clause (c);other addition and text substractions in Rule 3.All wastes listed in column 3 of Schedule-1 are to be considered as hazardous wastes, in spite of concentration limits and the classifications given in Schedule 2. this latter Schedule shall be apply only to those wastes not included in Schedule 1. Schedule-3 applies only in cases of export or import. Other modifications are indicated in the text and amended Schedules attached.
