Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Berlin Recycling Waste Management Law of 21 July 1999. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transport of hazardous waste and to the establishment of an organization responsible for the disposal of hazardous waste, named “Hazardous Waste Company” Brandenburg-Berlin.
