Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Berlin Recycling Waste Management Law of 21 July 1999. Article 1 establishes that the Central Institution responsible for the organization of hazardous waste disposal shall levy fees and charges for official acts as laid down in the Annex. The text consists of 9 articles and 1 Annex.
