Abstract

These regulations give definitions and make provisions for the importation and exportation of hazardous substances in Israel. Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) deals with importation and exportation limitations. The Minister of Environment can authorize importation or exportation of hazardous substances according to the list in this section. Section (3) regards limitations in the ministers’ authorization. Section (4) provides with reporting procedures.
