Abstract

These Regulations apply to all transportation by road of hazardous substances as specified in the First Schedule attached to these Regulations. They provide rules relative to marking of road tankers used for hazardous substances, define duties of an operator and a driver of a road tanker and provide for enforcement by inspectors appointed under the Hazardous Substances and Articles Act.
