Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 February 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Water Law in its version of 19 July 1994. The text consists of 26 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Plants for processing, stocking and selling hazardous substances to water (II); Plants for the production and treatment of harmful substances to water n (III); Monitoring (IV); Dedicated firms (V); Penalties (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII). Six Annexes are enclosed.
